Shipping policy

In stock items ship out in 1-3 business days. Shipping times range between 2-5 business days with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

Please keep in mind that shipping times may be extended due to the holiday season. We are not responsible for delays and will not refund due to a delay. 

Bougie Babe Kouture does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-Order Items will be stated in it's description.

Items labeled as pre-order will ship within 2-10 days unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, your item will be delivered in 2-5 business days. If any circumstances change, we will be sure to notify you.

If you need the item right away, pre-order may not be the best choice. Instead, select an item that is available and ready to ship. All pre-order items will specifically be stated in the listing. 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any order or an order is returned, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from any store credit issued. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Please verify that your shipping address is correct! If you notice that your address is incorrect after your order is submitted, please email bbkouture0@gmail.com as soon as possible. Bougie Babe Kouture is not responsible for items returned because of the wrong address. The customer will be responsible for the extra shipping fees. 

BOUGIE BABE KOUTURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK. BOUGIE BABE KOUTURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT STATE DELIVERED.

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered.
1. File Claim with USPS
2. File police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
